Too many times you will find real estate agents who just want to make a sale and do not take the time to get to know their clients and/or take the time to find their clients a place that will truly be a home. Kate gives 100 percent into making sure you are finding a home that you will be happy with, not just a place to live.
Kate took the time to truly know what we were looking for and went above and beyond to find a place we love and will be happy in for many years to come. I cannot say enough about how great working with Kate was! She is attentive to your wants and needs as well as what you don't want in your new place. She always replied to our questions (there were many) in a timely manner and gave us the feeling that we were family, not a number.
